Welcome to my web page. This site contains some information about my activities.
Currently I am a researcher at the RAND Corporation. Before joining RAND I worked at IBM Quantum. Prior to that I was a quant at Bank of America and a Doob postdoc in the Mathematics Department of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
I am primarily interested in public policy, national security, quantum, number theory, theoretical physics, and finance. I like to keep it as orthogonal as possible.
Away from work, I have an enthusiasm for golf, skiing, soccer, history, board games, and movies.
